Our prices are based on a square foot price of the wall or ceiling.
  

Lets say your room is 10 X 10 with an 8-foot ceiling.
Add the length of the four walls (10+10+10+10 = 40), then times that by 8 (which is the ceiling height)
So, your total sq. ft. is 320 sq. ft.

But then, we subtract windows and doors. Lets say you have 2 standard doors and two windows.
The standard doors would be 21 sq. ft. and the standard window is 15 sq ft. So the total amount to be deducted would be 72 sq. ft., then 320 sq. ft., to minus 72 sq. ft., which will equal to 248 sq. ft.

Your price would be based on the net square foot of 248 times the cost of the finish.

$5.00 per sq. ft. for Veneziano Burnished and waxed over 5000 sq. ft. (materials included)

$5.00 per sq. ft. for Veneziano unburnished projects over 1000 sq. ft. (materials included)
$6.00 per sq. ft. for Veneziano Burnished and waxed over 1000 sq. ft. (materials included)

$6.00 per sq. ft. for Veneziano unburnished projects over 100 sq. ft. (materials included)
$7.00 per sq. ft. for Veneziano Burnished and waxed over 100 sq. ft. (materials included)
